Capacity building training workshop on service delivery standards and local government protocols.

The Oti Regional Coordinating Council (ORCC) organised a two-day training workshop on local government service delivery standards and local government protocols. The training aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of the staff to improve their performance and ensure better service delivery to the citizens.

The training programme covered various topics including Local Government procedures, local government delivery standards and local government protocols.

The workshop was led by Mr. Latif Oyakunle Assistant and Director 1, who provided guidance and advice to the participants on how to make the most out of the training and enhance their experiences.

The training programme was conducted using participatory methods and various training materials such as powerpoint presentations, group discussions, case study and experience sharing.

In summary,  the training programme successfully provided the staff of the Oti Regional Coordinating Council with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles and responsibilities in a professional manner.

The participants reported an increase in their knowledge and skills levels and expressed the desire for more training sessions in the future.
