On her part, standards provided a fair playing field for all business and for consumers to get value for money in any exchange.

Mrs. Fameye noted that, SDG’S could only be achieved through the collaboration of many public and private partnerships and use of all available tools such as international standards and conformity assessment.

In addition, she said the authority had beefed up it’s capacity and therefore pleading with people to desist from bushfires and other activities that causes the ozone layer to deplete and that there has been changes in the rain pattern as a result of climate change and thereby urged the people of Oti Region to take advantage of their presence in the Oti Regional capital.
